Buying a home is a stressful process.

Browsing through the listings on Realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and other agent-specific websites get you dizzy by the sheer amount of information you have to process and retain.

I am sure you have tried to be organised and created an excel sheet to store the listing but it has not worked well enough. Right?

Based on my own experience of hunting for a home and speaking with real estate agents, I created a Notion page to track all the important listings, quickly marking them relevant and putting the focus on the ones that are important.

With this Notion template, you can:

1. Easily add new properties to the database with their links and important information
2. Quickly write notes about things you liked and disliked about each property
3. Keep track of Open houses and your impressions after each viewing
4. Easily contact the agent when needed

This is a simple but useful tool to reduce your stress of home buying and make it a tad easier to get you through the arduous process.
